The final Pretty Pretty Good in Leeds, and ever. When planning this closing run of PPG parties we didn’t know at first which city or the venue would host the very last one. When it came to thinking about the lineup though, two names instantly sprung to mind; those of Whities affiliated Avalon Emerson and Berghain / Panorama Bar resident Roi Perez. Close friends and two of the very best around, with styles that compliment each other perfectly, we couldn’t think of a better way to close the curtain for the final time than to host these two wonderful humans, together, on the same lineup. Avalon needs no introduction. She’s a global superstar, widely regarded as one of the most technically gifted DJs on the planet and, whether playing on the biggest festival stages in the world or closing Panorama Bar over 12 hours or more, she consistently raises the bar with a warmth, sincerity and sense of fun to her sound that very few possess. Roi, equally, has a reputation which says it all. Having come to Berlin via the Tel Aviv underground, he’s also known for his eclectic, time-stretching sets; passing through jacking house, cosmic techno, lustful disco, thick, muggy breakbeat and so much more, always with a mesmerising and seductive pulse and an understanding of energy that you need to witness to believe. Support comes from PPG resident Smorsli and we really couldn’t be more excited to finish things off with this one.
